Follow these steps to get Registration or Good Standing Certificate from Society
of Medical Imaging Pakistan
1- List of supporting documents are:
• CNIC/Passport
• Passport Size Picture
• Degree and Transcript
• Detailed Marks Certificate (All available)
• Experience Letters (All available)
• Internship Letters (All available)
• Bank Deposit Slip/Online Transaction proof of Fee
2- Membership Fee is PKR 2000/- and Good Standing Certificate fee is PKR 1000/-
Deposit fee at following account:

3- Make one pdf file of all documents not more than 50MB and upload.
Mention Registration or Good Standing Certificate in comment section.
4- For private university students, Degree must be attested by HEC.
5- You will get response within 2-3 working days.
